01 / Systems, mobility & support

Enquire separately. Plan together.

Products, configurable services, bus programmes and sample packages are described separately.

02 / Trial deliveries & scaling

Five possible starting points.

Vehicle quantities come from the document's examples. Support scope, configuration and terms are defined individually. Bus programmes may also be requested independently.

A model, not a fixed package.

The document also allows for other vehicles, medical systems or protective equipment with suitable support and training packages. Transport, insurance, taxes, duties and destination-specific permits are included only if expressly agreed.

03 / Document purpose & collaboration

From requirements to supply scope.

The documents combine medical infrastructure, international bus programmes, mobility, support and possible follow-on programmes. Scope and combinations arise from requirements, operating profile, schedule, configuration and support depth; the packages and reference vehicles shown are examples.

Manufacturers & specialist partners

Final design, configuration, production or stock allocation, documentation, quality control and technical support.

CARE-TRADE-INTERNATIONAL

Customer interface, commercial project structure and coordination of the international supply process.

04 / Transaction model & execution

Seven steps to an agreed delivery.

Proposed process from the document. The specific contract and payment structure is agreed between the parties.

  1. Define requirements

Agree the operating profile, products, quantities, destination, schedule and required support.

  2. Define the technical configuration

Manufacturers and specialist partners define vehicles, field hospital, equipment and support scope.

  3. Quotation & contract

Agree the final specification, delivery basis, terms, payment milestones and responsibilities.

  4. Agree payment security

Mutually accepted escrow arrangement, documentary credit, bank guarantee or agreed milestones.

  5. Inspection & acceptance

Carry out vehicle and system inspections, document checks and the agreed acceptance process.

  6. Deliver & hand over

Coordinate logistics, commissioning, training, documentation and handover.

  7. Agree a follow-on programme

Agree additional vehicles, field hospitals, equipment and recurring spare-parts supply.

Payment security by agreement

According to the document, the customer may propose an established escrow partner. Agreed funds, documents and release milestones are handled through that arrangement only after the contracting parties agree. No specific safeguard or provider is promised here.

Indicative, non-binding presentation for project discussions. Products, quantities, configurations, availability, delivery times and services require technical review, final written confirmation and a contract. The document lists export, import, end-use and governmental approvals, as well as compliance and sanctions screening, as prerequisites. Evidence for armour material does not replace agreed vehicle-specific protection documentation.

Specific prices, budgets, discounts and total amounts are not published on the website. The original document is not offered for download.
